Can I get ready + dressed at Company 251?


The bridal suite is designed so that you + your bridal party can all get ready at the space together. Bring in your hair + makeup team or select from our list of preferred vendors that will do it right there for you.

The groom's suite features a large television, a stocked whiskey bar and vintage games. 

Do you have a preferred vendor list?


We work with some awesome people who share the same aesthetic + vision as we do. Contact our event manager for our list. 

Is smoking allowed?


No smoking inside, but we have an outside cocktail area.

Can I have rehearsal + rehearsal dinner at Company 251?


Absolutely, if no event is scheduled for the day prior. Please see rates on payment + policy page.

When can we start setting up?


Setup time begins at the start of your contracted rental time. You may discuss with event manager if more time is needed.

How can we see the space before booking?


Please contact our event manager to set up a tour of the space as it is by appointment only.

What is your capacity?


We can host 350 sit down reception, 750 for a cocktail style reception

Do you have heating + air conditioning?


Yes! we have brand new units

Can we only rent 1 floor?


No, unfortunately we rent both floors at the same time.

Do you take commission from other vendors?


Absolutely not!  We support all of our small businesses + local vendors

What is required for clean up?


All rentals + décor brought in from client must be removed at the end of your event, unless other arrangements are made with the event manager. 

Can I provide my own alcohol / food?


All food + alcohol must be provided + served by COMPANY 251 + MF & CO. 

Do I have to hire someone from your preferred vendor list?


No, but we recommend it b/c our vendors are so great + share our same aesthetic!  BUT you most certainly can use your own outside vendors.

Can we bring in our own décor?


Yes, but the décor should get approval from our event manager. Once approved, client will be responsible for setting it up, tearing it down + having it out by the time your rental is over. Any damage to the property will be billed to you after the event.
